Welcome back to my 20th Newsletter!

Meat and Potatoes
Okay, this week for me has been all about my new supplement company Optimum!
But before you click away— I have some amazing insights to share on building my business and making new connections.
I’ve made some incredible relationships just over the past week or so on Instagram to help grow my brand and beyond.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to just do the thing and don’t wait.
Don’t wait to start that business
Don’t wait to go to the gym
Don’t wait to do the dishes
Don’t wait to do your laundry
Don’t wait to ask that girl out
Don’t wait to shoot the DM
Waiting is the silent killer of dreams…
And those dreams will haunt you as nightmares.
So do the damn thing.
I’m not saying it’s not gonna scare the sh*t outta you.
It most definitely will!
I’ve been terrified this week with all the ego checks and games involved in the social media matrix.
Trying to be myself amidst what feels like sending absolute crucial messages— It’s hard not to get carried away.
I’ve honestly been pushing myself to the brink of destruction, but always find a way in time to slight what feels like my metaphysical death.
Like in terms of just managing working a job I’m not ecstatic about, paying bills, living in a small-town, and the fear of what if.
But that’s about the best time I put my phone down and go outside.
Gravy Train
I’m thankful to have these problems that are challenging me to find creative solutions.
It’s crazy to think that the steps to success are actually pretty simple.
Do things that feel hard in the moment and see your life change over time.
And in doing so, I’ve sent out over a dozen samples to people who believe in what I’m doing and have the power to share this message with 100s of thousands of people.
