Lifestyle

There’s a lot I could say about lifestyle.

Lifestyle is the way.

The way. The way. The way.

Real, sustainable changes take place inside-out.

I would recommend for anyone who’s interested in holistic health to dive in head first and embrace changes.

Changes in…

The way you see yourself.

The way you see the world around you.

The way you see food, nutrition, and wellness.

The way you see agriculture.

The way you see future, past and present events.

Politics, religion, money…

Unlearning and relearning what’s more serving to us.

Gravy Train

This week, something that’s been very valuable to me has been trying something new.

I recently started doing Jiu Jitsu again, which has rekindled a flame within me.

I would highly recommend everyone try it or something else you know little about see how you feel as a result.

I know for me, I was surprised by the intuitive aspect to it. I didn’t know what I was truly capable of!

Granted, it was the first class lol.. So it could just be beginners luck, but we’ll find out next time!
