First Course
Man.. What a week.
I really don’t have a fancy slick intro..
So here we go-
Meat and Potatoes
This week has been all about trying new things to see what works.
Put another way— Throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks. 💩
I’m still working on creating either a Testosterone Optimization eBook or just a full blown course at this point..
Since it seems apparent that written guides have become esoteric.
So.. If I did make a Testosterone Optimization course,
Would that be something you’d be interested in?

So far, what’s been working has been what’s been working.
Making content. Writing newsletters. Working part-time at a job.
I’m making more connections than ever on social media and the impressions continue to increase.
Meanwhile, in my personal life, it hasn’t been so black & white.
While working a job and maintaining my online presence..
I have to admit, it can feel very lonely.
While it feels like I’m overcoming so much, and so many people are seeing my face, at the end of the day I just crave that human connection.
Now, before you ask— Yes! I am close with my family.
However, the challenge as an entrepreneur is finding a balance of work and play, or in this case family time.
I’ve been testing the waters when it comes to dating.
The idea of a girlfriend sounds nice.
But on paper versus in reality are two totally different things.
Because I’ve found that it makes a huge difference who I surround myself with.
Who I call my friends, lovers, etc.
Because not everybody you meet is going to become your friend.
And I’m okay with that.
I just want to be surrounded with like-minded people who also want to succeed.
Who have a goal, a plan or a vision for their lives and they execute.
Whatever that looks like…
And if ours happen to matchup, perfect!
If not, well then I truly wish you the best on your journey..

There’s a lot more I could say that’s happened not to me, but for me this week..
I wrote this a couple nights ago and I think it does it justice..
Find Balance in Moderation.
Swinging the pendulum too far to one side will cause an equal or greater opposing reaction.
We lose weight extremely fast only to gain it back even faster..
We over train too much only to have a negative effect on our gains..
This goes for anything in life..
The law of diminishing returns.
Everything will reach the point of “too much” and start to lose the benefits we wanted in the first place.
Some you will notice faster than others.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Consistency is Key.
Daily action compounds our results over time.
Just keep going! You got this. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Throw shit at the wall to see what sticks.
Just keep coming back to the drawing board with new data points.
We are just gathering information from our experiences.
Life is a school.
Except we are the student, the teacher, and that which is taught all at once.
Pretty cool…
